Birthday Parties

At World Class Gymnastics your child and her/his friends will enjoy gymnastics fun, followed by a birthday celebration. The total time for your child's party is 1 1/2 hours. The first 45 minutes is gymnastics with a certified instructor followed by 45 minutes for cake and presents. Children ages 3-12 are welcome to enjoy their parties here at WCGA!

We provide the gymnastics instruction. You provide paper products and any food/drinks you may want to bring in. You may also have pizza delivered.

Parties are held on Saturday afternoons and need to be booked in advance.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required within 3 days of booking to hold your date. The cost is $125 for up to 10 children. Each additional child is $8. Please give us a call three days before the party to confirm the amount of children that will be attending, so you are assured proper staffing. Please call 785-3481. Staffing is determined by the number given at this time and you will be charged accordingly.

A signed release form must be handed in the day of the party for each child attending. Ask your guests to arrive 10 minutes before the start time and let them know that we will begin promptly at the designated time. Please, be aware there may be a party after yours making it important for you to finish on time. This will give our staff time to clean up and prepare for the next party.

Make sure your guests are dressed appropriately to do gymnastics!!

NO street clothes or jewelry (sweatpants, shorts, or leotards are best.) Everyone takes their shoes and socks/tights off. Long hair needs to be pulled back.

Please absolutely no Piñatas. Helium balloons must be weighted down and will not be permitted unless this rule is followed before, during, and as you leave the party.

There will be a $30 fee for all parties that run more then 10 minutes late in their designated party area. Please note that our facility is large and other activities may be occurring the day of your party and this may effect where your party will take place. Cash or Check Only.
