Gymnastics Birthday Parties

At World Class Gymnastics your child and her/his friends will enjoy gymnastics fun, followed by a birthday celebration. Children ages 4-12 are welcome to enjoy their parties at WCGA in Latham or Clifton Park.

LET OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF ENTERTAIN YOUR CHILD AND FRIENDS IN A FUN & SAFE ENVIRONMENT!

Both locations are fully furnished gymnastics facilities complete with everything needed for a fun and safe gymnastics experience. Parties are held on Saturdays and must be booked in advance. Book your party online. (See calendar below)

Party for birthday child turning 4-5

    • Parties are exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes

    You may decide how this time will be split between gymnastics and party portion

    There is an additional $30 fee for every 10 minutes past the 90 minute mark that the party runs overtime

    A $100 non-refundable or transferable deposit (for cancellation or change) is required at the time of booking to hold your date. Email infowcga@gmail.com on the Thursday before your party date to confirm the number of children attending, so you are assured proper staffing.

    Your credit card will be charged for the remaining balance the Thursday before the event based on the final headcount provided. Any additional charges incurred on the day of the party will be charged at the time of the party.

    When deciding how to split the 90 minute party between gymnastics time and party time, the gymnastics time has to be first. Please inform staff of the time breakdown before the party starts so the coaches can plan accordingly. (45 and 45) and (60 and 30) are popular time splits.

    There will be a $30 fee for every 10 minutes late the party runs. Please note that our facility is large and other activities may be occurring the day of your party but this will not interfere with your party.

    Please note:

  • No one under the age of 3 may participate in the gymnastics portion of the party.
  • You provide paper products and any food/drinks you may want to bring in. You may also have pizza delivered. Host families may arrive 20 minutes before the party to set up. Parties begin promptly at the scheduled time, so please ask your guests to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so they are ready to get started.
  • We do NOT allow Piñatas.
  • Helium balloons must be weighted down and will not be permitted unless this rule is followed before, during, and as you leave the party.
  • A signed release form must be filled out the day of the party for each child attending. This may be filled out in advance or at the time of arrival.

    • Make sure your guests are dressed appropriately for gymnastics
    NO street clothes, jeans, buttons, zippers, or jewelry during the gymnastics portion of the party.
    Sweatpants, gym shorts, t-shirts, or leotards are best.
    We will be barefoot, so please, no socks or footed tights.
    Long hair must be pulled back securely out of the face.
