Our Fitness program is for all physical fitness levels which include but not limited to: Tabata, TRX, Boot Camp, Zumba, Yoga, BCS (Balance/Core & Stretch) Cardio, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Kidz-Fit & Zumbatomic.
Please make sure to bring water, a sweat towel and dry sneakers. Wet shoes are not permitted on floors.
There are NO dance or fitness make up classes for students absence, or if our company needs to close due to inclement weather conditions. If an instructor is unable to provide a substitute teacher and needs to cancel a class, then that instructor will provide a makeup class and provide you with a date and time that does not interfere with other scheduled classes.
